How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a low worldwide flat rate of $4.95 USD for shipping.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days (Up to 7 business days during peak periods)

Once dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 7-20 business days - depending on where you are in the world.

**Due to COVID-19, we have found that shipping times been longer than usual and are less predictable. Depending on your location, you may experience a delay in delivery.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors, beyond our control. These factors may include: extreme weather conditions, customs delays, shipping company delays, etc.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is any incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Once a shipment email is received we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information. You, the consumer, will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided at time.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

In case the order get lost, the address is incorrect, or any other posible problems to not get the order, we will offer a re-shipment of the product at our cost.
